Hi! My name is Brennan Peck, and I am the owner of Aura Haus. I am a licensed aesthetician with 8 years of experience, including 7 years in the medical aesthetics field. Born and raised in Owensboro, I now get to do life alongside my best friend and husband, Andrew, while raising our two little ones, Ellington (5) and Harlan (3). When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me chasing them around and enjoying family life. Aura Haus is where results-driven skincare meets intentional self-care. It is a space where you can feel comfortable, be yourself, and build a trusted relationship while working toward your healthiest skin. This is more than a business—it is my passion and purpose. I look forward to sharing my work with you and creating an experience you truly value.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aura Haus, every appointment is intentionally scheduled with extra time to ensure your experience never feels rushed. From the moment you arrive, my goal is to provide the relaxing, personalized care your skin deserves. Because these longer appointments are reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, the following cancellation policy applies: 24+ Hours' Notice: Appointments canceled or rescheduled 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time may be changed with no fee. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Aesthetic Consultation No-Show Policy: Aesthetic consultations are reserved exclusively for you and are intended to provide dedicated time to discuss your skin goals and create a personalized treatment plan. If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, your online booking privileges will be removed. Any future appointments or consultations must be requested directly through Aura Haus and will be accepted at the discretion of the provider. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. It allows me to continue providing the elevated, unhurried experience Aura Haus is known for while offering appointment availability to other clients.
